The hotel agreement has been executed for Sunday 9-29 through Wednesday 10-2-24.

Per night rate is $129 + 12.5% hotel/motel tax for a $145.12 per night. Breakfast is included.

Update::
Arrival day can be Saturday or Sunday.
Sunday is setup, registration, opening day.
The banquet is Wednesday evening.
Departure is Thursday AM.
